The short version. Insertly generates printable cards from your orders. You own your designs and your discounts. When you turn on unique reorder codes, Insertly creates real discounts in your store on your instruction — you decide the percentage and the expiry, and every code it creates is listed in the app.

1. The service

Insertly is an application for OpoShop stores that reads your orders and generates print-ready PDF package inserts. It is a merchant-side tool: it adds nothing to your storefront and is not visible to your shoppers except as a card you choose to print and place in a parcel.

2. Your account

You access Insertly through your OpoShop store. You are responsible for who in your organisation can open the app from your OpoShop admin. Access is scoped to the single store the app was installed on.

3. Discount codes you ask us to create

If you enable unique reorder codes on a card design, Insertly will create one real discount in your OpoShop store for each order you generate a card for, using the percentage and expiry you set. This is the only change Insertly makes to your store.

You choose the discount value and duration. We do not change them.
Generating cards for 100 orders creates 100 discounts. The app tells you the number before you generate.
Re-generating a card for the same order reuses that order's existing code rather than creating another one.
If a code cannot be created and confirmed in your store, the card is printed without the offer and you are told — we never print a code that would fail at checkout.
Redemption limits are enforced by OpoShop, not by Insertly. Each code is unique to one order, carries an expiry, and is set to one redemption; OpoShop applies that limit by counting an identified customer's completed orders, so it may not bind a guest checkout. You are responsible for the commercial terms of the discounts you choose to offer.

4. What you're responsible for

The content you put on your cards — your copy, your logo, your links.
Having the rights to any image you upload.
Where your QR codes point. Insertly only accepts absolute http(s) destinations and never rewrites them.
Printing, cutting and inserting the cards. Insertly produces the file; the physical result is yours.
Any promotional or consumer-protection rules that apply to the offers you print.

5. What we're responsible for

We will make reasonable efforts to keep Insertly available and correct. We will not use your store data for anything other than running the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Insertly to produce material that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringing, and don't attempt to access another merchant's store or data through it.

7. Availability and changes

Insertly is provided on an as-is basis. Features may change as the app improves; we will not remove a capability your printed cards depend on without notice. Planned changes appear in the app's What's New page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Found's total liability arising out of or relating to Insertly is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or the cost of reprinting physical materials.

9. Termination

You may uninstall Insertly from your OpoShop admin at any time. On uninstall, the app stops accessing your store. Discounts already created in your store remain yours — they are not deleted, so any card already in a customer's hands keeps working. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.
